The central placing near the sea, the beach parade towards the marina in Sæby and the old part of Sæby invites to many events. Opphold helt ok dog bør der bli bedere på renhold av rommene og teknisk tilstand i rommet. Ref rom 32. 1. lyspære over seng defekt 2 kjøleskap virker ikke 3 nøtt skall bak sengen og bak pult 4. ukjent sokker par i rommet under benken hvor en legger kofferten 5. en kan ikke ha åpent vindu og samtidig trekket for blending gardinene uten at en mister luft sirkulasjonen inn i rommet. Dette medfører at rommet blir varmt, bør endre på gardin innfestningen liten sak som vil gi dere bedere tilbakemeldinger. Die Lage direkt an der Hauptstrasse ist etwas enttäuschend für ein Wellnesshotel. Die Tatsache, dass zu dem eher schon hohen Zimmerpreis noch der Eintrittspreis für das Spa draufgebucht wird wenn man die Anlage nützen will war enttäuschend.

Det er de mest elendige værelser vi har været på, badeværelset er under al kritik, det er ikke særlig hyggeligt at bruse i en bruse kabine hvor der er fugt og lugt pletter på hele væggen. Den lille teresse uden for havde man ikke engang lyst til at sidde ude på, have møblerne var ikke engang rene. Morgenmaden er rimelig, men efter hvad man høre i reklamerne syntes vi det er langt under standard, og så er det alt for dyrt som gæst at benytte svømmebassin og spa. Kommer aldrig på dette hotel igen.

Støy fra hovedvei, lite søvn. Ingen aircondition på rom, varmt på rom, døren til hovedvei åpen hele natta med mye støy. Flotte bad og god frokost. Vi prøvde ikke spa avdeling, for dyrt. Middag kjøpte vi ute, var dyrt og vi fikk ikke kontakt med kelnere, for liten betjening? Avstand til Sæby og Fredrikshavn var ikke noe problem. For første gang på 5 år opplever jeg det koster penger på internett... utrolig, dere må følge med i tiden ? Dersom jeg en gang i fremtiden kommer til Sæby (Viking hotell) vil det kun være aktuelt dersom jeg får et om uten trafikkstøy. NB! Stoler på terasse er defekt. Takker for fin service og hyggelig betjening... det er mer "hardware" som ikke holder for meg.

ok but not very impressed with the standard of the room, it needed some "freshing up". Some noise from the street. Needed to have the window opened because the room was very hot, then the noise was extra irritating. nice restaurant.

OK hotell med god beliggenhet. God service og frokost. Det som imidlertid trekker noe ned, er at møblene er nokså slitt (spesielt stolene). Dessuten var det nokså mye gulvknirk.

Værelse godt indrettet, men generet af gadestøj. Morgenmaden skuffende, noget under standard. Det var ærgerligt at komme og opdage at spa-afdeling lukkede flere timer før annonceret, det stod både på nettet og i hotellets egne papirer på værelset og i receptionen, alligevel lukkede spa'en langt tidligere.
