An OK hotel. Interesting details in the design of facilities. The only matter that did notice as not that good was the environment, the railway area could be fixed for nicer look. Also rather long way to walk although it is said to be close to center. But overall, OK hotel. |

As you can see from point 1 and 2 of this review, I am satisfied and I would recommend it to any person visiting Copenhagen.
However there are three points that can be improved:
- Water Issue: During our stay, there was a problem with the water from Copenhagen and E. Coli bacteria. Altough that is not a problem from the Hotel, it provided juice (and I think water) made with tap water. Reputation of the Hotel would have greatly increased if the Hotel would have provided with water or juices bottles to avoid any E. Coli problem for its guests.
- Breakfast Bar: We had breakfast three times and 2 times there was only one Breakfast Bar available making all the guests concentrated in one place. That was really uncomfortable and unnecessary.
- Bike Service: I rented a bike on Sunday but spent only half day returning the bike around 12.30. However I had to pay the whole day. I think a system per hour or at least per 4 hours would be great. |

We stayed here for 2 nights before our Baltic Cruise. Although the room was small it was fine for 2 people and you can't beat the price. The staff is very nice and we could walk to most tourist areas. The breakfast is a must have since the prices in Copenhagen are very high. |
