Absolutely a pleasant stay and with free admittance to Tivoli, its worth the price. Just a shame that Wake up Cph takes a lot of the vue over city centre. |

The accommodation did not include breakfast and the prices for a morning meal was ridiculously expensive!
The sofa bed (family room) was very uncomfortable, another mattress would have solved that problem.
The bed lights in the room was too weak. It was almost impossible to read in bed.
Bus to Tivoli and entrance fee was appreciated. |

I read about the hotel on a website. I dragged my husband along the street from the station to the hotel as he complained how out of the way it was. From the corner of the street he said to me, do we have to stay here, can we go somewhere else. But when we got into the hotel he absolutely loved it and did not want to leave! I loved the interior design of the hotel and it was great to go to the Tivoli Amusement Park and understand the connection between the hotel and the Tivoli. Our room was great. Everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel. |

I appreciated the good standing of the room. Good bed. Very good wifi connection allowing me to work fast. I like the design. Convenient desk for work.
Good shuttle service. Close to a shopping mall which was also very convenient.
Sauna was out of service and opening hours are not very convenient. I would have expected it to be opened after 8pm when I have time to relax.
Overall, I enjoyed the hotel both for work and visiting Copenhagen. |

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and found the staff to be very helpful. It would have been nice to have a "continental breakfast" option rather than the full buffet....which was awesome but expensive...and certainly more than we could make use of.
We rated the "value for money" question very high, but we had a great price through an Internet booking and 3 night incentive. The current posted rate is 2 1/2 times as much.

enjoyed our stay. Front office staff very helpful. We were there two nights. Our bed was not made at all and no tidying done. App. 4 PM a young man poked his head in the door and asked if we needed towels. We expected a little more from this hotel. Otherwise our stay was good. |
