Description
Tambohus Kro is situated at one of the most beautiful places by the Limfjord, at an old fishing village just opposite the island Jegindø. Here you will find a true nature paradise with a rare sence of peace and calmness.

Tambohus Kro offers 29 wonderful rooms with bath, toilet, telephone and television set of which many has a view over the Limfjord and private a terrace or balcony. Naturally we have non-smoking-rooms. Tambohus Kro is perfect if you whis to visit West Jutland or North Jutland. The Inn is situated north of Struer and Holstebro and south of Thisted, Hanstholm, Agger (the North Sea) and Hurup Thy.

If you play golf, Tambohus Kro is the right place for your next golf stay or golf vacation. We have greenfee arrangements with the following golf clubs: Struer, Holstebro, Lemvig, Norrdvestjysk, Harrevig, Rold Skov, Silkeborg, Himmerland, Blokhus and Hjarbæk.

If relaxation is more like you, Tambohus Kro is a wonderful place to stay for the weekend or longer. Family holidays is ideal as well as we are close to tourist attractions such as: Jesperhus Blomsterpark on Mors, Kystcentret and Jyllands Akvariet in Thyborøn, Hjerl Hede between Vinderup and Skive, the aqua domes of Holstebro and Hurup and the North Sea.

The Restaurant focuses on fish menues. In the summer we serv a delicious fish buffet on Wednesdays and Sundays. Every Thuesday and Friday is steak night. Furthermore, we have a comprehensive à la carte menue. All courses based on the best and finest ingredients. The Restaurant and Inn are open all year except between Christmas and New Year.

The reception is open from 7.00 - 23.00.

The restaurant is open from 1/10 - 30/4: 12.00 - 20.00 and from 1/5 - 30/9: 12.00 - 21.00.
