Nice hotel, located nicely near the ocean. On the flip side there are not that many good restaurants nearby, and we found ourselves taking the 1km trip to Allinge quite often - but that wasn't too bad.
On the whole we had a nice stay. |

We really enjoyed out time in Sandvig. The location can't be beat and the hotel staff were especially helpful when it came to organizing taxis, ferries, bicycle rentals, etc. The ocean-side room was definitely worth the surcharge. Ask for a room on the north wing of the 3rd floor. There's only a few of them but they have small balconies with full sliding doors. |

Due to train cancellation, our reaching got delayed we just stayed for overnight only. However we found our stay comfortable and cordial. There is surely a scope for improving the standard of buffet breakfast. |
