This hotel is definitely not worth the 4 stars it exhibits. Fx. the bathtub is very dangerous (slipping). Lighting in rooms is insufficient. Only one old lift, not always properly working. No room for resting and/or meeting people. My booking confirmation states "non refundable" but if by a doctors' order I was compelled to return home two days earlier, I was obliged to unnecessarily pay about 2500 DKK.
No more Copenhagen plaza !!

Only complaint was the humming of the air-conditioning during night, but I think that could be easily fixed with a cleaning of the system:) other than that everything was perfect, staff was very good and rooms very comfortable.
