I made a complaint about the noise created by the hotel itself, at 10.45 pm the terrace in front of the hotel was removed with a lot of noise, which held on to approx 12.15 after midnight. My children couldn't sleep till that time and slept finally at 2.00am. I asked the staff why they did that at such a crucial time, they told me they agreed with me and informed the owner a lot of times about this but the owner refused to change the procedure because of the pub located in the basement of the hotel. I was very angry about this and told them: what is more important the hotel guests or the (few) pub guests?
Also the manager did not contact me in the morning about this complaint as we agreed in the previous evening. I tried to get a refund but they did not offer me anything, they did not even contact me. Bad hotel, good pub (probably)
