The boutique hotel Ibsens Hotel overlooks the Nansensgade area, a small oasis in the heart of the city bustling with café life and fascinating shops. The hotel is situated close to the idyllic string of lakes and only five minutes from Nørreport station with train and metro.
Lounge, restaurant, and patio
The newly-renovated hotel features a lounge area with lovely sofas, fireplace, a library corner, and much more.
A dozen of the local shops and designers have contributed with everything from beautiful textiles and sculptures to an old record player - a mix of old and new, vintage and modern. In addition, the hotel has its own Italian restaurant, a cosy courtyard, and access to the luxurious Helle Thorup Spa next door (fee applies - 75 DKK per person per day.)

The room was at the top, under the eaves, with slanting ceiling and poor headroom. The bathroom was very unsatisfactory, because the shower drain was not effective so the entire bathroom floor filled with water if you took a shower.
