I booked online "therapy for couples", which was a good price deal, and had a chance of the room being upgraded. This was my 2nd time in this hotel, and the 1st time my room was very small. When we arrived this time, we got the biggest room of our floor (according to the floor and rooms map), with a double bed, desk, sofa + sofatable and two chairs. There was also two big closets for clothes. The building is old, so the floor creaked quite a lot and the shower was ancient, though otherwise the bathroom was nice. The breakfast was good, but crowded. The lobby is nice to sit down for a drink and the reception staff was friendly.

The rooms are very small, and a little bit expensive. The design is quite old. The bathroom is not what we should expect from such a hotel.
The breakfast was really nice. Renting bikes directly from the hotel is a useful service.

Friendly staff; Excellent location but marred by construction work in progress at Kongens Nytorv for the new Metro extension: Room rather small but adequate as a dormitory for sightseeing; Price a bit high for us (as are all hotels in Copenhagen) but compares favourably with other hotels if you want this location.
