The staff wasn't too friendly. We had ordered beds for four persons but there was only 3 beds when we came in. It seemed to be a lot of trouble for theme to arrange the bed for us. Also the breakfast was informed to be until 10, but surprisingly ended already 9.30 and everything was finished already 9.15. Not so good value for money - it was pretty expensive and service level not so good.

I am very sorry if you felt, you didn't have a friendly treatment. It is not our normal way of servicing our guests.
Our receptionist is quite new in the job and was a little unfamiliar with it all and I regret it very much. Usually finish our breakfast at. 09.30 On weekdays and 10.00 on weekends.
If you are coming to this area again, you shall be welcome to get an accommodation at a very favourable price.

Staying at Best Western was a real pleasure.
The hotel was new and the staff friendly, the services offered were those described in the site and cleaning of rooms was timely. A hotel that I recommend to anyone.
