The hotel is centrally located. Breakfast was good, location is quiet and you can reach many things on foot. Wifi for no charge. But the single room was very (!) small for the money, the furniture old, there was no alarm clock, no hair dryer, you could not get the room really dark, because there was no decent curtains. (Old) Carpet in the room. Installations in the bathroom were old. Water from the shower did not flow out of the basin.

Hotels in Copenhagen are expensive. This one gives good value for the money by being clean, comfortable and in a good location. Rooms on the street side can be noisy, particularly on summer weekends.

Hotel is situated nearby all major attractions. However, the level of prices vs classification at Copenhagen hotels is way behind if compared to any other Scandinavian or European countries, much more expensive, much less amenities with same price. Anyway, i recommend the city because its the most european capital of scandinavia and have a relaxing atmosphere. Hotel's breakfast is perfect, staff friendly and location is a big plus.

Room to small, hot - could not keep windows open because of street noise. Noisy location - street noise most of the night and very early hours, very little sleep.

I'd read great reviews and was generally happy with the hotel. The most off-putting thing, I think, was the fact that the previous guest had smoked in the room (which was non-smoking) and it was almost unbearable when we first walked in. We had to leave the windows open the whole time we were there. The furnishings were okay, but nothing special.
The staff on reception were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very good. Location was ideal for walking around the city, but the area was a bit run-down. Close to some great cafes and to the main shopping area. Okay, but if I were visiting Copenhagen again, I'd probably try another hotel.

Room described as a small double, was at best small single. Bed cover too small for two people. Only one flat pillow provided for each person. Only one chair available, not room for two chairs. Difficult to move around in room. Water drained very slowly from the shower. No air conditioning, window had to be open all the time which meant that the constant noise from the street, people and traffic prevented sleep. Table and chairs too close to each other for breakfast. Reception staff were excellent. Cleanliness okay.

Our stay was good. Our room with view at the street, was sometimes quite loud. One pillow sheet had stains of mold on it.

A WONDERFUL hotel in a great location with the most helpful staff. Small room but very functional and comfortable. Great breakfast and coffee and tea all day available. We could walk everywhere from here and it was between the 2 palaces.
