The hotel is great, a nice and cozy house. Staff need to be around more though, I arrived on Monday, and there was no one in the reception instead I only found an envelope with my name on it. The room key was inside and a letter welcoming me in the hotel. On the check out day, it was the same there was no one at the reception. So I left the key on the desk. I later got an email informing me that I left the hotel without paying!! It turns out that the credit card information given at the time of reservation is only for security and is not for actual payment to the hotel. I sent my details again to the hotel and settled the bill and things were cleared at the end.
My recommendation only is that someone must be at the reception desk more often!!! |
