Description
Welcome to one of the world's most interesting design hotels!
Hotel Fox's individually themed rooms feature bright, original décor, designed by 21 young international artists from different scenes. Inspiration comes from everywhere: dreams, fairytales, comic books or street art.
This trend to let artists decorate hotel rooms has spread like a wildfire all over the world, but the place the fire was ignited was at Hotel Fox in Copenhagen in 2005.
Hotel Fox is situated in the heart of Copenhagen, right next to the City Hall Square "Rådhuspladsen" and Tivoli Garden, and in the midst of the pulsating Latin Quarter "Pisserenden", which is the trendy home of many artists, musicians, interesting restaurants, bars and fashionable cafés. The area is also known for its design shops and vintage boutiques, art galleries and music shops. So if you are on the lookout for second hand outfits or an old vinyl records, this is the place to be.
All rooms at Hotel Fox have private bathroom/toilet, 17-channel colour TV, direct dial telephone, clock radio, and hair-dryer. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
Guests can rent bikes at reception, and our staff will gladly recommend local cafés, clubs and attractions. For instance, the Danish Design Centre is a 7-minute walk away.
The in-house Restaurant Sushitreat serves Japanese treats such as maki rolls, sashimi and nigiri. Fox Hotel's bar often hosts live DJ music.
